This guide will assist you with accessing your service files via SFTP. This is required to upload a file larger than 100MB.

1. In order to connect to the service's SFTP server, you'll need to install an SFTP client. We recommend using FileZilla

2. After installing an SFTP client, go to the service's control panel here. From there, click on the server for which you want to manage files.

3. Go to the sidebar and click on "Dashboard" which is located at the top of the list. In the screenshot below, it is highlighted in blue.

4. Upon reaching the Dashboard page, you will need to collect all the details displayed in the 'SFTP Details' box. These details will be necessary when logging into your service using your FTP client.

5. After gathering the necessary information, launch your installed FTP client. In this guide, we'll use FileZilla, navigate to the quick connect bar at the top, and fill in the required information that you collected from the SFTP details page. Your SFTP password is the same as the password you use to access the panel.

6. Once the information is filled in, press 'Quickconnect'. You may see some warnings pop up when trying to connect; just press Accept.

7. You are done. You'll see your server files on the left.
