This guide will assist you with changing the difficulty of your Minecraft Server.

1. To start, head over to the game panel here and select the server you wish to change the difficulty of.

2. Navigate to your console, and type "difficulty" to view your current level of difficulty.

3. If you wish to change your difficulty level, run 'difficulty {mode} to change it, {mode} being either Peaceful, Easy, Normal or Hard. A more detailed explanation of each level is displayed below.

4. You server's difficulty has now been changed. Enjoy!

Minecraft Difficulty Modes:

Peaceful: In this mode, hostile mobs do not spawn, and the player's hunger bar does not deplete. The player cannot die from starvation, but can still take damage from environmental hazards such as lava or falling.

Easy: Hostile mobs spawn but deal reduced damage. The player's hunger bar depletes, but they cannot die from starvation - their health is only reduced to 5 hearts.
Normal: This is the standard difficulty. Hostile mobs spawn regularly and deal normal damage. The player's hunger bar depletes, and they can die from starvation when it reaches 0.
Hard: Hostile mobs are more dangerous, dealing increased damage. The player's hunger bar depletes faster, and they can die from starvation.
